What I Do

I have over three years of experience in architectural design. This includes residential and multifamily housing and commercial projects. I do interior design, urban planning and landscape design. I apply this background to police and fire departments projects, supporting planning and design development. I also create 3D models, walkthrough animations, and post production graphics to communicate design ideas.

Are there any aspects of architecture that you use to optimize cost/material savings?

Favorite Building or Space

Listening to the client's goals, then do sketch/massing and refine ideas into practical solutions.

Using local materials would save a lot of money and help optimize costing in materials and construction timeline as well.

Which strategies do you use to optimize cost/material savings?

I work in the conceptional phase which is more like a design phase and then get into construction drawings which is more detailed version of the drawings, also getting into permitting drawings, construction phase drawings like coordinating with the site.
